Project ID Launched!

Posted: December 9, 2014 in Uncategorized

Monday December 8th saw the opening of the sculptures to the school and families. Drummond School 4/5’s were the stars of the moment.

And gathered around the laptop to sneak a viewing of the video of the last phase of Project ID .

A great school that’s a credit to the staff and their community. Great leadership from principal Julianne Crompton makes this a special place for kids to engage in education.

Credit to the other artists – Dom, Daphne and Jeremy for delivering a wonderful project and credit to New England Regional Art Museum and Project Director Christine Durham.

This tags off a year of collaborations with NERAM on a great variety of great community engagement projects.IMG_7456 - Version 2

NE Focus Magazine features the Drummond Primary School art project – Project ID – a collaboration with the New England Regional Art Museum.

Here’s a few pics taken at the private screening Lorina organised for her family and community  of My Grandmother’s Country.

The final cut for approval of Little Things That Run The World. A 6 month long journey from planning to completion – a simple lo-fi observational piece of project documentation.
